Industrial laminating line for hard biscuits and crackers
An integrated solution for the entire process from start to finish.
The line was manufactured in 2005.
The line manufacturer LASER s.r.l. is based in Italy.
Flexible process line with various accessories that allows the production of many products.

The versatile plant consists of:
- Dough handling system for feeding a three-roller sheeter
- Laminating unit
- Four measuring stations
- Relaxation conveyor
- Air blowing unit
- Two cutting units (engraving and cutting with a rotary cutter)
- Overwash unit
- Lye bath (including heating)
- Three topping applicators (for salt or various seeds)
- Tunnel oven (hybrid: DGF and cyclothermic zone)
- Oil sprinkler machine
- Manuals (operation and circuit diagrams) in English
- The working width of the plant is 0.8 m, the baking length of the oven is 25 m.
- The plant is still in production.
- The plant capacity is about 300 kg of finished products per hour
- The tunnel oven is heated with natural gas burners.
Regular maintenance of the entire line is carried out according to the regulations
On request, our trained team can take care of dismantling, loading, transport and assembly of the system.
